Shipping Policy for Poppy Paro

At Poppy Paro, we are committed to delivering your favorite styles with care and efficiency. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process:

1. Shipping Locations:
We currently offer shipping across all of India. No matter where you are, we’ll bring the latest fashion directly to your doorstep.

2. Shipping Charges:

  • We offer standard shipping (Flat rate) on all orders of INR 150/-, unless otherwise explicitly specified during checkout for all locations within India. 
  • Any additional charges, if applicable, will be clearly mentioned at checkout.

3. Order Processing & Shipping Time:

  • After placing your order, please allow us up to 10-15 working days to process and dispatch your items.
  • Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

4. Delivery Time:

  • Once your order is shipped, it typically arrives within 3 to 7 business days, depending on the delivery location.

5. Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to track your order.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD):

  • We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option for all orders within India. You can select COD at checkout and pay for your order when it arrives at your doorstep. 
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available on offline orders.

7. COD Availability by Pin Code:

  • In certain locations, COD may not be available. If this is the case for your delivery address, we will notify you and provide two options:
    1. Change your delivery address to one that is COD-servicable.
    2. Opt to pay in advance via a prepaid payment method instead.

8. Shipping Delays or Issues:

  • If there are any delays or issues with your order, someone from our team will reach out to you directly to keep you informed and resolve the issue.

9. Packaging:

  • Your order will be carefully packed to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. We use eco-friendly packaging materials wherever possible to reduce environmental impact.

10. Damaged or Lost Items:

  • If your order arrives damaged or you believe it’s lost, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will investigate the issue and resolve it promptly.

11. Address Accuracy:

  • Please ensure the shipping address you provide is correct and complete to avoid delays or delivery issues. We are not responsible for any issues arising from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
